What is BFSI Skill Development Course

The BFSI Skill Development Program aims to bridge the gap between education and employability in Telangana's colleges. In partnership with major BFSI companies and the Government of Telangana, the program trains 5,000 B.Com and 5,000 B.Tech students annually, providing them with essential skills for the BFSI industry.

CSR funding plays a key role in supporting the program. Through EQUIPPP's platforms, CSR partners can contribute to student training, ensuring no financial burden on students. This outcome-based funding model not only enhances student's employability but also drives job creation and economic growth in Telangana.
